SMS / Text Message Marketing Program

By enrolling in the FILLY mobile messaging program (the "Program") — whether by submitting your mobile phone number through a sign-up form, checking an opt-in box at checkout, texting a keyword to our number, or otherwise providing your express consent — you agree to these mobile messaging terms, which supplement these Terms of Service.

Consent to receive messages. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (for example, cart reminders, new product announcements, sales, and special offers) from FILLY at the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages as a condition of buying any goods or services from FILLY.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interactions with us and our ongoing promotions.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. FILLY is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Opting out. You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a one-time reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@fillyflag.com. In response to a "HELP" request, we will provide our company name and instructions on how to contact our support team.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number, and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Changes to your number. If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, you agree to promptly notify us so that we can update our records and stop sending messages to that number.

Privacy. Information you provide in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile information to third parties for their marketing purposes, and we share it only with vendors who help us operate the Program (such as our SMS service provider). Intellectual Property
