Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

We recommend requesting an exchange instead of a return

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship your replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items returned after 14 days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@fillyflag.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
